Job responsibilities:

  1. Engages vendors to meet deadline requirements.
  2. Oversees progress of work orders from inception to completion.
  3. Assists in resolving issues/good problem solving skills.
  4. Monitors billing and ensures accurate, timely submission of invoices has occurred.
  5. Ensures vendors understand scope of work and helps to define details.
  6. Clearly communicate expectations to vendors.
  7. Provide outstanding customer service when answering phone calls and promptly responding to emails.
  8. Communicate effectively to customers and through customer portals.
  9. Ensure any changes to scope of work are documented and approved.
  10. Works well individually (self-driven) but also is able to work well in a team environment.

Job requirements:

  1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  2. Minimum of 2 years previous related experience required.
  3. Must have a general understanding of facilities repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Previous experience helpful.
  4. Outstanding customer service skills required.

Job responsibilities:

  1. Receives, plans, and coordinates project work orders related to facilities maintenance for plumbing, electrical, handyman/general contractor and HVAC.
  2. Engages vendors to meet the needs of work orders as written.
  3. Analyzes and determines needs of customer to decide on necessary scope of work.
  4. Oversees progress of work orders from inception to completion.
  5. Resolves issues and refers significant issues to regional/corporate contacts.
  6. Negotiates pricing with vendors if necessary to achieve results within budget.
  7. Monitors billing and ensures accurate, timely submission of invoices has occurred.
  8. Ensures vendors understand scope of work and helps to define details.
  9. Clearly communicate expectations to vendors.
  10. Provide outstanding customer service when answering phone calls and promptly responding to emails.

Complete Facility Solutions (Wichita, KS) has an opening for an Invoice Processor/Data Entry. The candidate will possess the ability to multi-task, be self driven and interact professionally with others.

Job responsibilities:

  1. Daily processing of vendor invoices and customer billings.
  2. Process invoices and be able to resolve any disputes/discrepancies in a timely manner
  3. Be able to navigate and input information into customer portals.
  4. Assist with running reports, analyzing data and providing customers with information requested.
  5. Assist with vendor compliance and clearly communicate expectations to vendors.
  6. Assist during month end process in all areas of receivables and payables as needed
  7. Provide outstanding customer service when answering phone calls and promptly responding to emails.

Position requirements:
