A customer asked us to assist with removing boxes and old merchandise racks from a warehouse connected to their facility. The customer had been using this space as storage, but the landlord wanted the space back.
We received the request at 4:00 PM, and the customer had to return the space to the landlord by 8:00 the next morning. It was too late in the day to have roll-off containers delivered, so we had to be creative. Our lead foreman was on site within an hour to evaluate the situation. That’s when we learned that the 15,000-square foot space was packed full of boxes, old retail displays, merchandise, and more.
We immediately contacted a trusted moving and transportation crew with whom we’ve worked on several occasions. We knew their crew was large enough, and we knew they were more than capable of getting the job done.
Making It Happen
The moving crew arrived on site within three hours of our customer’s request and worked through the night and into the morning clearing the warehouse. Moving trucks were used as temporary storage until all items could be properly disposed of the next day. After emptying the warehouse, our crew also cleaned the space so it was in good condition for return to the landlord.
Our customer was able to return the space to the landlord the next morning as promised.
